Selling your home isn’t as simple as it was two years ago. Today, Buyers rule. The credit crunch has severely reduced the pool of potential buyers. Houses remain on the market longer. And more houses are offered for sale; some at fire sale prices that can affect the value of your home. Accurate data and a realistic asking price reflecting your property’s condition relative to your competition and the market, are just the beginning of a successful sale.
Think it through. Careful consideration must be given to all aspects of the home selling process. Most need to be addressed before the first potential Buyer walks through your front door.
