Seller Services

Get smart.  If you’re considering selling your home, be an informed Seller. Know and understand all your options so you can devise a plan that best suits the needs of you and your family. You also need to be prepared for all potential contingencies when your Buyer comes along. Yes, houses are still selling and Sellers are moving on.

Selling your home isn’t as simple as it was two years ago. Today, Buyers rule. The credit crunch has severely reduced the pool of potential buyers. Houses remain on the market longer. And more houses are offered for sale; some at fire sale prices that can affect the value of your home. Accurate data and a realistic asking price reflecting your property’s condition relative to your competition and the market, are just the beginning of a successful sale.

Think it through.  Careful consideration must be given to all aspects of the home selling process. Most need to be addressed before the first potential Buyer walks through your front door. Helping you sell your property is Linnie's primary job. Her primary responsibility is to serve your best interests.

Your home is likely your largest financial investment.  Before signing an agreement with any Realtor®, be certain they know and understand your goals and motivations, will always represent your best interests objectively, and has the abilities, capabilitites and resources to get the job done.

Know what you're getting.  Your initial meeting will be a Questions and Answers session. You may discover questions you didn’t know you should ask. It will also be a Getting To Know You session. Selling a home can be an intense time for you. So it’s important you select a Realtor® who is both highly skilled and a good fit with your personality. At the end of your meeting you’ll know how and if Linnie can assist you. And, both of you will know if you can build a cooperative partnership while working together to achieve the successful sale of your property.

Below is an overview of the Home Selling Process. You’ll be guided through the process step by step, with as much or as little help you need. If you’d like a detailed description, please request the ‘So You’re Thinking About Selling Your Home’ brochure.  If you'd like to schedule a meeting* contact Linnie at (302) 221-7303 or linnie@seniorsrealestateadvisors.com.
