Realtors® and real estate agents are in the 'service industry.'  The product they offer you is intangible.  You can't wrap up their knowledge, experience and customer service in a neat, little package to take home and open it up at a later date.  Even if you can't touch it, it is a valuable product for those that have a need for it, for whatever reasons.

If you choose to work with a Realtor, you'll be creating a business relationship.  Before entering into an agreement with any agent be certain your future business partner knows and understands your goals and motivations, will always represent your best interests objectively and has the abilities, capabilities and resources to get the job done.

#3 - Their best interests.  Always operate from this frame of reference.

*COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES: Provide access to all matters relating to real estate and home ownership.

*CONVENIENCE: One stop resource; accommodate clients’ schedules as best as possible.

*SAVINGS: Time, money, stress:

Market knowledge: Beyond Solds, For Sales and market conditions, keep current with economic factors and developing trends in our local market that can effect property values and clients ability to purchase and sell. Adapt, innovate and respond quickly.

Efficiency: Effectively manage transaction details with systems.

Service: Handle all transaction details excepting those the client chooses to do, is required by law to do or in conflict with another service provider’s procedures.

Troubleshoot: Address all known potential problems up front. Expect the unexpected. Be prepared to solve. Know where to go to get help and answers when necessary.

*GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING: Provide information, share knowledge and experience. Know limitations, legal and otherwise; have expert resources in complimentary fields who can advise my clients.

*EMPOWER: Informed clients and customers make educated decisions. After all is done, it’s their life.  Enhance it.
