Buyer Services

Be informed.  Owning a home has immeasurable benefits yet ownership isn’t for everyone. The decision to own or not own is personal. Whatever your choice, it should be a responsible, well informed decision.  Information about real estate is plentiful - accurate and erroneous.  These days it seems everyone has an opinion about market conditions - accurate and erroneous.  Real estate is Linnie's business, every day.  She's here to help you make sense of it all.

Buying a home is an emotional investment. It is likely your largest financial investment. Careful consideration must be given to all aspects of the home buying process. Many should be addressed before you look at the first property offered for sale. Finding you “a great home, in a great neighborhood that's a great value” is Linnie's primary job.  Some days, it's the easiest part of her job.  Her primary responsibility is to serve your best interests.

Your initial meeting will be a Questions and Answers session. You may discover questions you didn’t know you should ask. It will also be a Getting To Know You session. Buying a home can be an intense time for you. So it’s important you select a Realtor® who is both highly skilled and a good fit with your personality. At the end of your meeting you’ll know how and if Linnie can assist you. And, both of you will know if you can build a cooperative partnership, working together to achieve your goal of homeownership.

How does it work?  Below is an overview of the Homebuying Process. You’ll be guided through the process step by step, with as much or as little help you need. If you’d like a detailed description, please request the ‘So You're Thinking About Buying A Home’ brochure.  If you'd like to schedule a meeting*, contact Linnie at (302) 221-7303 or linnie@seniorsrealestateadvisors.com
